How VSF Wrap handles the information you send us through this website.
Who we are
This website is run by VSF Wrap Inc. (“VSF Wrap”, including our VSF Apparel division), 3 Industrial Rd, Unit 1, Kemptville ON K0G 1J0. Questions about your information: service@vsfwrap.ca or 613-790-8790.
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you use our request form, we receive what you fill in: your name, email, phone number (optional), the service you need and project details such as your vehicle type, number of vehicles and budget, your message, and any files you attach (for example logos or photos). When you call or email us, we receive what you share.
How we use it
To answer you, prepare a quote and do the work you hire us for. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we won’t add you to marketing emails without your permission.
Who helps us
The request form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, and our email is hosted by Google Workspace. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which handles standard technical information (such as your IP address) to deliver pages securely. These providers process information only to provide their service to us, and they may store it outside Canada.
Cookies and visit counts
Our website doesn’t set cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and doesn’t identify you: it shows us totals such as page views. Fonts and images are served from our own website.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to handle your request and keep our business records (for example quotes and invoices, which tax rules require us to keep), then we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing service@vsfwrap.ca. If you have a concern we can’t resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
